**Job Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate all metal work activities at the project site including structural steel, aluminum, stainless steel, and fabrication works. * Review engineering drawings, fabrication drawings, and ensure accuracy in dimensions and materials. * Ensure work is executed according to approved shop drawings, quality standards, and project specifications. * Monitor daily progress, manpower allocation, and equipment usage. * Conduct inspections of welding, fitting, cutting, and finishing works. * Coordinate with design, procurement, and project management teams to ensure timely material delivery and workflow. * Maintain site safety and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports. * Liaise with consultants, contractors, and clients for site inspections and approvals. * Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve site challenges promptly.
