As the Terminal Duty Manager, you will oversee the entire passenger terminal complex activities, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service. This is a 24/7 role that reports to the Senior Manager Terminal Operations, with a line to the HIA Operation Manager. Responsibilities * Manage and supervise terminal operations, ensuring efficient and effective passenger flow. * Provide visible physical presence throughout the passenger terminal complex during shifts, monitoring busy areas according to traffic flow. * Ensure compliance with safety and security regulations in the aviation industry. * Lead and motivate a team of employees, promoting a positive and customer\-centric work culture. * Collaborate with various stakeholders to resolve operational issues and optimize terminal performance. ### **Qualifications** **About you** * Bachelor's degree or equivalent. * Minimum of 2 years of job\-related experience in a customer\-facing role. * Strong people management skills and experience leading a diverse team. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Sound knowledge of terminal operations and the ability to make critical decisions under pressure. * Proven track record in ensuring exceptional customer service * Must be willing to work in shifts (morning /night) **About Qatar Airways Group** Our story started with four aircraft.
