Assistant Catering Manager

Summary: This role supports operational implementation, ensures client satisfaction and HSE compliance, and manages site administration and human resources within hospitality catering operations. Highlights: 1. Support operational implementation and company standard compliance 2. Ensure client satisfaction and HSE compliance 3. Proficient in client communication and reporting * Assist the Operations Manager / Site Manager in the full operational implementation \& compliance of company standards and policies. * Ensure at all times client satisfaction and HSE compliance with group standards. * Support site administration, including maintaining accurate office records, staff documentation, and inventory reports. * Ensure with our Clients’ representatives and Operations Supervisor that we: * Maximize client satisfaction * Manage efficiently our human resources (productivity and quality) * Meet cost targets and HSE standards * Initiate required training * Respect assigned cost and sales targets. * Ensure proper stock and cashbook management. * Submit all necessary reports on time. * Ensure respect of the service level agreement with our clients is met. * Ensure proper menu planning and work schedules are implemented. * Ensure staff are efficiently supervised to guarantee all HSE rules and procedures are followed, and hazards/near\-misses/accidents are properly reported. * Be proficient in client communication and reporting to his/her manager. * **MUST be fluent in Arabic (Ability to READ and WRITE in Arabic is required).** * Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Hospitality Management with exposure to catering operations and team management. * Management with exposure to catering operations and team management. * Good knowledge of Catering business procedures \& HSE standards.
