We are seeking a proactive and qualified **Human Resources Manager** to join our team **immediately** in Doha. **Responsibilities:** * Oversee all HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee relations. * Ensure full compliance with **Qatar Labor Law** and internal HR policies. * Maintain employee records and manage personnel documentation. * Support management with performance evaluation, training, and disciplinary actions. * Coordinate with PRO for visa, NOC, and residency\-related matters. * Develop and implement HR strategies and procedures aligned with company objectives. * Lead initiatives for employee engagement, retention, and welfare. **Qualifications:** * **Preferred:** Candidates currently residing in **Qatar**. * **Experience:** Minimum **5 years** of experience in Human Resources or Administration. * **NOC:** Must be available to transfer sponsorship. * Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. * Strong knowledge of **Qatari Labor Laws** and HR regulations. * **Language:** Arabic speaker preferred; fluency in English required. * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. * **Availability:** Must be able to **join immediately**.
