Collaborate with doctors and healthcare professionals **Qualifications** * Female candidates only, aged **25–40 years**. * Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Nursing obtained after High School. * Minimum **3 years of relevant nursing experience**. * Valid Nursing License from the country of origin. * Proven experience as a **Registered General Nurse (RGN)**. * Excellent knowledge of emergency response, first aid, and **CPR**. * Strong understanding of health, safety, and infection control standards. * Compassionate, respectful, and patient\-focused approach. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong time management and organizational skills. * High level of professional ethics and integrity. * Physically fit with the ability to work in a demanding healthcare environment. **Roles \& Responsibilities** * Assess patients' health conditions and maintain accurate medical records. * Monitor and record patients' vital signs, symptoms, and overall progress. * Administer medications, injections, IV therapy, and treatments as prescribed. * Provide emergency medical care and first aid, including CPR when required. * Assist physicians during examinations, procedures, and treatments. * Develop and implement individualized patient care plans. * Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, medications, and preventive healthcare. * Maintain accurate nursing documentation and patient records. * Ensure compliance with infection control, health, and safety regulations. * Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to deliver quality patient care. * Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold professional nursing standards. * Report any changes in patients' conditions promptly to the supervising physician or nurse manager. * Ensure medical equipment is properly maintained and available for use. * Perform any other nursing duties assigned by the employer or supervisor. **Salary** * **QAR 4,000 – QAR 5,000** per month (depending on qualifications and experience). **Working Hours** * **8 hours per day** * **1 day off per week** **Benefits** * Company\-provided accommodation. * Company\-provided transportation. * Assistance with obtaining the **QCHP (Qatar Council for Healthcare Practitioners) License**. * Opportunity to work in a professional healthcare environment with career growth prospects.
