Senior operational responsibility in a growing organization Job Summary: Ideal Al Ain Dental \& Healthcare Services W.L.L. is seeking an experienced, patient\-focused, and performance\-driven Senior Operations Manager to oversee healthcare and dental service operations in Doha, Qatar. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior operations professional who enjoys improving service quality, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, strengthening operational controls, and supporting safe and efficient patient care. You will lead day\-to\-day clinic operations, workforce planning, patient\-service standards, regulatory readiness, procurement, facilities coordination, and performance improvement initiatives. We welcome applicants with experience in dental clinics, medical centres, hospitals, outpatient services, healthcare administration, clinical operations, or other regulated service environments. **What you'll do:** * Lead daily operational activities across dental and healthcare services * Manage clinic workflows, patient\-service processes, staffing, facilities, and administrative support * Coordinate dentists, clinicians, nurses, reception teams, technicians, and support personnel * Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and service standards * Monitor patient experience, appointment flow, waiting times, service quality, and complaints * Ensure operations comply with applicable healthcare regulations, licensing requirements, and internal policies * Support infection\-control, patient\-safety, quality\-assurance, and clinical\-governance processes * Prepare staffing plans, duty schedules, resource forecasts, and operational budgets * Monitor revenue, costs, productivity, utilisation, and key operational performance indicators * Work with finance, human resources, procurement, marketing, and clinical leadership teams * Coordinate equipment maintenance, facility readiness, stock levels, and supplier performance * Improve appointment scheduling, patient registration, billing, records, and follow\-up processes * Support recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and workforce development * Lead operational audits, corrective\-action plans, and continuous\-improvement projects * Manage operational risks, incidents, escalations, and business\-continuity arrangements * Prepare reports and present performance, challenges, and recommendations to senior management **Requirements:** * Experience in healthcare operations, dental\-clinic management, medical administration, or service operations * Previous experience leading multidisciplinary teams or managing multiple operational functions * Good understanding of patient\-service processes, clinic workflows, and healthcare quality standards * Strong leadership, planning, organisation, and problem\-solving abilities * Ability to manage staffing, budgets, suppliers, facilities, and operational performance * Good communication and stakeholder\-management skills * Strong commitment to patient safety, confidentiality, professionalism, and service quality * Experience handling complaints, service issues, and operational escalations * Familiarity with healthcare regulations, licensing, audits, and compliance requirements is beneficial * Experience with clinic\-management, appointment, billing, or electronic health\-record systems is advantageous * Knowledge of the Qatar healthcare environment is beneficial * A degree in healthcare administration, business, operations management, or a related discipline is preferred * Relevant healthcare\-management or quality qualifications are advantageous * Equivalent practical healthcare and operational leadership experience will be considered **Why work with us:** * Competitive monthly salary with opportunities for performance recognition * Senior operational responsibility within a growing dental and healthcare organisation * Career progression and professional development opportunities * Exposure to clinical operations, patient services, quality, and business management * Collaborative and multicultural healthcare environment * Opportunity to improve patient experience, operational efficiency, and service standards * Stable full\-time employment with meaningful leadership responsibility **About the Company:** Ideal Al Ain Dental \& Healthcare Services W.L.L. provides dental, preventive, diagnostic, and general healthcare services designed to support the well\-being of patients and families in Qatar.
