Strategic role in technology and digital-transformation initiatives **Job Summary** Saubita Technology \& Digital Solutions W.L.L. is seeking an experienced Senior Technology Operations Manager to lead IT infrastructure, cloud services, systems administration, cybersecurity operations, service delivery, and technical\-support functions. The successful candidate will ensure reliable and secure technology operations, improve service performance, manage technical teams and vendors, and support the delivery of scalable digital solutions to internal stakeholders and clients. **Key Responsibilities** * Oversee daily IT infrastructure, systems, networks, cloud, and technical\-support operations * Develop technology operating strategies, service standards, KPIs, and improvement plans * Lead infrastructure, systems administration, cybersecurity, help\-desk, and operations teams * Monitor system availability, capacity, performance, incidents, and service\-level agreements * Manage cloud environments, data centres, backups, disaster recovery, and business continuity * Strengthen cybersecurity controls, access management, vulnerability management, and incident response * Coordinate software deployments, platform upgrades, system integrations, and automation initiatives * Manage technology vendors, contracts, licences, budgets, assets, and procurement * Ensure compliance with data\-protection, information\-security, and internal\-governance requirements * Prepare executive reports and support digital\-transformation projects **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field * Significant experience in IT operations, technology infrastructure, cloud services, or digital solutions * Proven leadership experience managing multidisciplinary technical teams * Strong knowledge of networks, servers, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, and IT service management * Experience with incident, problem, change, asset, and vendor management * Familiarity with AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, or comparable platforms * Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and problem\-solving skills * Qatar or GCC technology experience is preferred * ITIL, PMP, CISSP, CISM, AWS, Azure, or related certification is advantageous **Why Work With Us** * Competitive senior\-management salary * Housing and transportation allowances * Medical insurance and paid annual leave * Performance\-based incentives * Access to modern cloud and digital technologies * Professional certification and leadership\-development support * Strategic role in technology and digital\-transformation initiatives **About the Company** Saubita Technology \& Digital Solutions W.L.L. provides technology consulting, cloud infrastructure, software, cybersecurity, systems integration, and digital\-transformation services in Qatar.
