Provide guests with information regarding available recreational facilities such as pool, beach, entertainment zone/game room, fitness center, children’s activity center, etc. Encourage, recruit, register, and schedule guests for recreational activities. Create a fun and relaxing atmosphere for guests. Promote resort rules and regulations for guest safety and well-being, observe member activities within recreational facilities, and respond appropriately in emergency situations according to local operating procedures. Provide cashier services in facilities where Point of Sale transactions are involved. Assist in hosting group activities and events as well as private functions within recreational facilities. Identify circumstances in which guests cannot safely participate in activities and notify supervisors/managers. Provide assistance to injured guests until emergency medical services arrive. Clean and maintain recreational facilities, equipment, and supplies. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe working environments to management, and complete required safety training and certifications. Comply with company policies and procedures, maintain a neat, professional appearance in uniform and personal grooming, protect the confidentiality of proprietary information, and safeguard company assets. Process payments for rental equipment, recreational activities, facility rentals, or Retail sales.
