* Accurately carve, cut, and shape Styrofoam based on design drawings, patterns, or client requirements. * Use appropriate tools (hot wire cutters, knives, saws, etc.) to achieve desired forms and finishes. * Read and interpret sketches, blueprints, or 3D models provided by designers and event managers. * Suggest practical adjustments when needed to ensure stability and feasibility of the final piece. * Smooth, sand, and prepare Styrofoam surfaces for painting, coating, or additional decorative finishes. * Ensure precise detailing and high\-quality craftsmanship. * Coordinate with event designers, painters, and production teams to align work with project timelines. * Assist other departments when required, especially during setup and dismantling of events. * Ensure minimal waste of materials by careful measurement and cutting. * Properly store tools and Styrofoam materials in designated areas. * Follow safety protocols while handling cutting tools, adhesives, and coatings. * Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. * Deliver assigned carvings within the project deadlines. * Prioritize multiple tasks efficiently as per event schedules. * Suggest creative solutions for complex designs. * Continuously improve carving techniques and finishing methods. * QATAR BASED ONLY (LOCAL HIRE) Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent
