Reduce project risks by managing scope and implementing mitigation * Oversee a designated portfolio of projects in line with IT project management methodologies, ensuring successful delivery aligned with defined objectives and client satisfaction. * Establish and maintain strong working relationships with relevant departments and units to support successful project outcomes. * Facilitate clear communication and manage vendor relationships to ensure all contractual commitments are fulfilled by both parties. * Coordinate across IT departments to monitor and support the progress of ongoing projects. * Communicate project\-related updates effectively with management and team members. * Provide timely reports on project status, highlighting progress, risks, and issues to management. * Prepare and submit project initiation, status, and closure reports, along with other required documentation, in a timely manner. * Reduce project risks by managing scope and implementing appropriate mitigation strategies. * Participate in and lead team and client meetings, ensuring clarity of direction and objectives. * Address complex personnel issues with professionalism and discretion, in coordination with the Human Capital team. * Apply knowledge of system architecture and limitations when determining solutions to technical challenges. * Support audit and compliance requirements by providing accurate and timely information to internal and external stakeholders. * Ensure all project information is protected in accordance with organizational security policies. * Maintain strict confidentiality to safeguard sensitive business information. * Identify personal development opportunities and actively pursue professional growth.
