





We are seeking a dynamic **Recruitment Officer** with a proven track record in both **IT and Non\-IT** recruitment. The ideal candidate will have hands\-on experience with **bulk hiring** across **Commercial** and **BFSI industries**. If you are a proactive recruiter with strong industry connections and a passion for talent acquisition, we’d love to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage end\-to\-end recruitment for IT and Non\-IT roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. * Execute **bulk hiring** strategies to meet high\-volume staffing needs efficiently. * Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring requirements and workforce planning. * Develop and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard\-to\-fill roles. * Ensure compliance with corporate policies and labor regulations. * Utilize various recruitment tools, job boards, and social media platforms to attract top talent. * Conduct market research to stay updated on hiring trends in **Commercial** and **BFSI sectors**. **Requirements:** * Minimum **Bachelor's Degree** in Business Administration or any related field. * Minimum 2 **years of experience** in **recruitment**. * Strong local market network. * Demonstrated experience in **bulk hiring**. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels. * Immediate availability to join. * **Valid QID** and **NOC**.
