* Engineering / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with minimum 8 years of experience in Refinery Rotating Equipment Maintenance workshops of which at least four years in a similar position. * Strong knowledge in maintaining and repairing rotating mechanical equipment. * Strong knowledge in rotating equipment design, installation and maintenance. * Good knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance principles and working procedures. * Ability to assess equipment conditions from onsite inspection and interpretation of instruments. * Strong communication and people skills. Ability to perform work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. * Capable of handling multiple tasks. Good commands of oral and written English.
