Optimize equipment utilization and operational productivity **WE ARE HIRING – DREDGING SUPERINTENDENT** **Location:** Qatar \& Saudi **Company:** Seaworks Company Seaworks is looking for an experienced **Dredging Superintendent** to lead and supervise dredging operations for major marine and offshore projects. Requirements * Minimum 10\+ years of dredging experience. * At least 5 years as a Dredging Superintendent. * Experience with Cutter Suction Dredgers (CSD), Trailing Suction Hopper Dredgers (TSHD), Backhoe Dredgers, pipelines, booster stations, and marine support vessels. * Strong background in port development, land reclamation, navigation channel dredging, and coastal protection projects. * GCC or international dredging project experience is preferred. * Strong leadership, communication, and problem\-solving skills. Key Responsibilities * Supervise and manage daily dredging operations. * Ensure project execution is safe, efficient, and on schedule. * Coordinate dredgers, support vessels, barges, and marine crews. * Monitor production, hydrographic survey progress, and project performance. * Ensure compliance with HSE, environmental, and quality standards. * Coordinate with Project Managers, Clients, Consultants, and Marine Authorities. * Optimize equipment utilization and operational productivity. * Prepare daily and weekly operational reports.
