The Customer Service Expert role requires being on your feet and moving (standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods); moving across sloped, uneven, or slippery surfaces; handling menus (reading and visually verifying information); and being physically involved in your work (moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 25 pounds (11.4 kg) unassisted and 50 pounds (22.7 kg) with assistance; reaching above the head and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping). It is essential that Customer Service Experts perform all these tasks flawlessly (and any other reasonable task assigned) — ensuring our guests remain satisfied and our business continues to thrive.
