Oversee vehicle maintenance and compliance with safety standards Qatar Care is seeking an experienced **Transportation Coordinator** to manage and supervise our fleet of drivers, ensuring efficient, safe, and timely transportation services in support of our healthcare staffing operations. **Key Responsibilities** * Schedule and coordinate daily driver assignments and vehicle allocations * Monitor driver attendance, punctuality, and adherence to schedules * Ensure vehicles are properly maintained, serviced, and compliant with safety standards * Track fuel usage, mileage, and vehicle documentation (registration, insurance, Istimara) * Liaise with HR and relevant departments regarding staff transport needs (pick\-up/drop\-off, airport transfers, etc.) * Address and resolve transportation\-related issues or complaints promptly * Maintain accurate records of trips, incidents, and vehicle conditions * Ensure compliance with Qatar traffic laws and company transportation policies * Supervise and provide guidance to drivers, ensuring professional conduct **Requirements** * **Minimum 3–5 years of experience** in driver/fleet coordination, logistics, or transport management * Prior experience in Qatar or GCC region strongly preferred * Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills * Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) * Ability to multitask and work under pressure * Good communication skills * Strong knowledge of Doha's road network and traffic regulations * Experience handling a team of drivers (specify number if applicable) Application Question(s): * How soon can you join?
