**Job Responsibilities** * Lead and manage all architectural aspects of construction projects from initiation to completion. * Coordinate with architects, consultants, engineers, and contractors to ensure design intent is executed effectively. * Develop, review, and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources. * Oversee site activities, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, building codes, and safety standards. * Manage design changes, RFIs, and technical submittals during project execution. * Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to ensure high standards of workmanship. * Ensure proper coordination between architectural, structural, MEP, and fit\-out works. * Prepare and present project progress reports to senior management and stakeholders. * Lead project handover procedures, including snagging, testing, and commissioning. * Mentor and guide site engineers, supervisors, and junior staff. **Qualifications \& Requirements** * Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent. * Minimum **15 years of relevant experience**, with at least 8 years in a managerial role handling large\-scale architectural/construction projects. * Strong knowledge of architectural design, construction methods, and finishing works. * Proficiency in project management tools (Primavera P6 / MS Project). * Familiarity with FIDIC contracts and international building standards. * Certifications such as PMP, RICS, or LEED are preferred. * Excellent leadership, problem\-solving, and communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver projects within time, cost, and quality targets.
