





### **What You Will Do** * Perform maintenance and repair within defined timeframes, service agreements, and customer needs. * Complete planned visits and resolve customer requests as dispatched. * Build positive customer relationships, providing proactive feedback on equipment status and work completed. ### **How You Will Do It** * Maintain and repair system malfunctions under supervision, seeking technical support and escalating issues as necessary. * Analyze technical documents such as electrical schemes and piping diagrams. * Communicate with customers upon arrival and before departure, addressing operational issues and understanding their needs. * Keep customers informed about service provided, outstanding issues, and recommend upgrades or additional work. * Advise and train customers on system operations. * Document work clearly and promptly submit service reports. * Enhance technical proficiency in Johnson Controls products. * Comply with Johnson Controls safety protocols and environmental regulations. * Perform additional responsibilities as defined. ### **What We Look For** **Required** * Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. * 2\-4 years’ experience in servicing and maintaining HVAC systems, particularly air\-cooled chillers and compressors. * Technical knowledge in HVAC systems and experience with chillers, brazing, vacuum, and pressure testing. * Ability to interpret electrical single line diagrams. * Strong report handling and communication skills. * Fluent in English. * Valid driving license. **Preferred** * Experience with York, Carrier, Daikin, or Trane systems. * Service experience in the GCC region. * Knowledge of troubleshooting electrical systems and variable speed drives.
