General Maintenance Supervisor

Summary: Seeking a skilled professional with strong leadership and communication to manage and supervise building maintenance and facilities operations. Highlights: 1. Opportunity for field inspections and technical reporting \- MALE \- LOCALLY AVAILABLE \-ABLE TO TRANSFER SPONSORSHIP \-SALARY CAN BE DISCUSSED/ DEPENDS ON THE EXPERIENCE \- ACCOMMODATION CAN BE PROVIDED \- **Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management or any related course.** * Minimum 5 years of experience in building maintenance or facilities management, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role. * Strong knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance practices for MEP systems and building services. * Experience in supervising maintenance technicians, planning daily work schedules, and monitoring maintenance performance. * Ability to conduct site inspections, prepare technical reports, and ensure compliance with safety and company procedures. * Good communication and leadership skills. * Valid Qatari driving license (or eligibility to obtain one) to conduct regular field inspections. * Good command of English; Arabic would be an advantage. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and maintenance reporting. Pay: QAR2,500\.00 \- QAR3,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
