Summary: Seeking a Junior Estimation Engineer – Electrical to assist with electrical cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents for MEP projects. Highlights: 1. Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and project teams We are looking for a Junior Estimation Engineer – Electrical to support the estimation team in preparing electrical cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents for MEP projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical foundation in electrical systems and good understanding of drawings, specifications, and project requirements. **Key Responsibilities:** * Assist in reviewing electrical drawings, specifications, and tender documents. * Prepare basic quantity take\-offs and BOQs for electrical works. * Support senior estimators in preparing cost estimates and tender submissions. * Review project scope and identify material and resource requirements. * Assist in collecting supplier quotations and preparing comparison sheets. * Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams for estimation activities. * Support preparation of technical and commercial proposals. * Maintain estimation records, databases, and project documentation. * Ensure accuracy of calculations and compliance with project requirements. * Learn and develop knowledge of MEP electrical systems and estimation processes. **Requirements:** * BE / B.Tech Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics \& Communication Engineering. * Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of Qatar experience. * Basic knowledge of electrical systems, materials, and MEP works. * Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and specifications. * Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic estimation tools. * Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. * Good communication and teamwork skills. * Candidates with internship or project experience in MEP/construction estimation will be preferred.
