**Job Description – Offshore General Technician** **Position Title:** Offshore General Technician (**Generators** and **Compressors** on offshore platforms.) **Project Duration:** 4 Months (Extendable) – **Project Location:** Ras Laffan Offshore Platform **Salary Offer:** Based on candidate’s capability and experience **Responsibilities:** * Operate, monitor, and maintain **Generators** and **Compressors** on offshore platforms. * Conduct routine checks to ensure equipment reliability and operational safety. * Perform basic troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of assigned machinery. * Maintain logs, reports, and documentation of daily operations. * Support emergency response operations related to power generation and compressed air systems. * Follow safety standards, company policies, and offshore regulations at all times. * Collaborate with offshore teams to ensure uninterrupted operations. **Qualifications & Skills:** * Diploma / ITI / Technical Certification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (preferred). * Proven experience in operating and maintaining **Generators** and **Compressors** (offshore experience is an advantage). * Strong understanding of offshore safety practices and operational procedures. * Good problem-solving skills and adaptability in challenging offshore conditions.
