Monitor performance, provide guidance, and support team development We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Beauty Store Supervisor to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, the ability to manage a team, and ensure smooth day\-to\-day operations. Key Responsibilities: \- Supervise and coordinate daily staff activities to ensure smooth workflow. \- Monitor employee performance, provide guidance, and support team development. \- Ensure compliance with company policies, health \& safety standards, and quality procedures. \- Assist in staff scheduling, attendance, and reporting. \- Resolve operational issues and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. \- Report regularly to management on team performance and operational challenges. Requirements: \- 3\-5 years of experience as a Supervisor or in a similar leadership role. \- Strong organizational and communication skills. \- Ability to manage, motivate, and lead a team effectively. \- Problem\-solving and decision\-making abilities. \- Fluency in English is required; Arabic knowledge will be an advantage. \- Must be currently based in Qatar with valid QID (transferable visa preferred).
