Key Responsibilities: * Identify new project and client opportunities * Build and develop relationships with companies, contractors, and real estate developers * Acquire interior design and furnishing projects * Follow up on tenders, prepare proposals, and submit them * Prepare and deliver presentations to clients * Conduct market research and propose new services or opportunities * Collaborate with the design and sales teams to close deals ✅ Requirements: * 0–2 years of experience in a related field (preference given to candidates with experience in interior design / construction / real estate) * Strong communication skills and a sociable personality * Ability to persuade and negotiate * Proficiency in both Arabic and English * Knowledge of the Qatari market is an added advantage * Ability to conduct fieldwork and build relationships Job Details: * Full-time position (Full\-Time) * Location: Qatar * Stimulating work environment for growth and development Salary & Benefits: * Base salary: QAR 4,500 – 9,500 per month * Attractive commissions on projects * Opportunity for career advancement and performance-based income growth Please send your CV and portfolio only to the email address: info@operavillaqa.com Employment Type: Full-time Salary: QAR 4,500.00 per month Work Location: In-person
