




We are looking for a well\-organized and reliable **Male Receptionist** who will also take charge of **coordinating maintenance activities** within our facility. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and staff, while ensuring that all maintenance tasks assigned to external contractors are handled efficiently and on schedule. **Key Responsibilities:** * Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional manner. * Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries. * Maintain front desk operations and ensure the reception area is presentable at all times. * Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely response by contractors. * Follow up with service providers to confirm completion of maintenance works. * Keep records of maintenance schedules, contractor visits, and related documentation. * Report any urgent facility issues to management promptly. * Support other administrative or facility\-related duties as required. **Requirements:** * Previous experience as a Receptionist, Administrative Assistant, or Maintenance Coordinator preferred. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. * Basic knowledge of maintenance coordination or facility operations is an advantage. * Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel), Google Drive, Adobe, etc. * Ability to work in rotational shifts, including weekends or public holidays when required. * Fluent in English (Arabic is an added advantage).
