**Position:** CDP Chef (Asian) – Specialized in **Iranian Cuisine** **Location:** Doha, Qatar **Employment Type:** Full\-Time **About the Role:** We are seeking a skilled and passionate **Asian CDP Chef** with expertise in **Iranian (Persian) cuisine** to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of authentic Iranian dishes, strong cooking techniques, and the ability to maintain high culinary standards and presentation. **Key Responsibilities:** * Prepare, cook, and present authentic Iranian dishes to a high standard. * Assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef in menu creation, planning, and kitchen operations. * Ensure consistency in flavor, quality, and presentation. * Maintain kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and safety according to company standards. * Follow all food safety, sanitation, and HACCP procedures. * Support, train, and guide junior kitchen staff when required. **Qualifications \& Requirements:** * Proven experience as a **CDP Chef** or **Demi Chef de Partie** in a reputable restaurant or hotel. * Specialization or strong knowledge in **Iranian/Persian cuisine** (kebabs, stews, rice dishes, etc.). * Culinary diploma or equivalent qualification preferred. * Excellent teamwork, communication, and organizational skills. * Able to work in a fast\-paced, multicultural kitchen environment. * Currently in Qatar * Visa Status: **Freelance Visa** **How to Apply:** Interested candidates may send their **CV** and **portfolio of dishes (if available)** to **administration@goldensandsqa.com** with the subject line: *CDP Chef – Iranian Cuisine*.
