In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective asset management strategies for road infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and longevity of our transportation network. * Develop and maintain comprehensive asset management plans for road infrastructure * Analyze asset data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in road operations and maintenance * Create and update asset registers, including condition assessments and performance metrics * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to prioritize maintenance activities and capital projects * Prepare budget forecasts and long\-term financial plans for asset maintenance and replacement * Utilize GIS and asset management systems to track and visualize asset information * Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to optimize asset lifecycle * Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to road asset management * Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards * Contribute to the continuous improvement of asset management processes and procedures **What do we need from you** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Asset Management, or a related field * Minimum of 5 years of experience in asset planning or a related field, preferably in roads operations and maintenance * Strong knowledge of roads infrastructure and asset lifecycle management * Proficiency in asset management systems, GIS software, and data analysis tools * Experience with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite * Excellent analytical and problem\-solving skills with a keen attention to detail * Strong organizational and time management abilities * Effective communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment * Knowledge of budget forecasting and financial planning for infrastructure assets * Familiarity with relevant industry standards and best practices in asset management **What's in it for you?**
