





**Position Summary:** The incumbent will be responsible for delivering effective and efficient HR Operations support that aligns with the company’s strategic goals, ensuring a seamless and positive employee experience. **Key Responsibilities:** * Oversee day\-to\-day **HR operations** and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. * Support **Employee Relations**, addressing employee concerns and fostering a positive workplace culture. * Handle and Support in **Payroll Management**, **Time and Attendance**, and **Leave Administration** with accuracy and confidentiality. * Coordinate the full **employee lifecycle**, including **onboarding** and **offboarding** processes. * Support **Recruitment and Selection** activities, ensuring timely and high\-quality hires. * Ensure compliance with **HR policies, local labor laws**, and company standards. * Participate in and lead various **HR projects** and initiatives as assigned. **Qualifications \& Experience:** * Minimum of **2 years’ experience** in HR Operations or a related field. *(Exceptional candidates with less experience may also be considered.)* * Proven experience in the **education sector** is **mandatory**. * **Bachelor’s degree** from an accredited university, preferably with a specialization in **Human Resources** or a related discipline. * Must be **locally available in Qatar**.
