Conduct negotiations with clients, consultants, and subcontractors We are looking for an experienced **Quantity Surveyor (Contracts \& Commercial)** to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in construction contracts, variations, claims, and commercial negotiations, with excellent communication and client\-facing skills. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage and administer construction contracts and commercial matters. * Prepare, evaluate, and negotiate **variation orders and contractual claims**. * Handle interim valuations, payment applications, and final accounts. * Review BOQs, drawings, quantities, and contract documents. * Monitor project costs, variations, and commercial risks. * Prepare contractual correspondence and claim documentation. * Conduct negotiations with clients, consultants, and subcontractors. * Represent the company confidently during commercial and contractual discussions. * Build strong client relationships and effectively communicate and justify commercial positions. **Requirements** * **10–12 years of relevant Quantity Surveying experience** in the construction industry. * Strong experience in **Contracts, Variations, Claims, and Negotiations**. * Good knowledge of **FIDIC and construction contract administration**. * Excellent communication, negotiation, convincing, and presentation skills. * Strong ability to deal directly with clients and consultants. * Experience with major construction/infrastructure projects is preferred. * Strong knowledge of **BOQ, quantity take\-off, valuation, cost control, and final accounts**. * Candidates currently available in Qatar are preferred. Pay: QAR2,981\.34 \- QAR17,697\.69 per month Work Location: In person
