Maintain discretion, confidentiality, and professional etiquette **Butler Responsibilities:** * Welcome guests and residents, providing personalised assistance during arrivals and departures. * Anticipate guest needs and fulfil requests proactively to ensure a high level of service. * Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, food and beverage, and other departments to deliver seamless guest experiences. * Arrange dining services, transportation, reservations, and special events according to guest preferences. * Maintain discretion, confidentiality, and professional etiquette at all times. * In private households, supervise domestic staff, manage household inventories, and oversee daily operations. **Key Skills and Qualifications:** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate guest needs. * Professional appearance with excellent etiquette and grooming standards. * Strong problem\-solving and decision\-making abilities. * Flexible and willing to work shifts, including weekends and holidays. * Good command of English.
