Ensure all financial operations align with company goals. **HR Strategy \& Operations:** Manage payroll, recruitment, compliance, and employee development programs. Ensure HR processes support company growth and culture. **Team Leadership:** Mentor and guide finance and HR staff. Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive coaching to elevate the team’s output. **Policy Development:** Create and implement policies that ensure operational efficiency, compliance, and employee satisfaction. **Stakeholder Management:** Present insights, financial forecasts, and HR initiatives to executives and stakeholders. Advocate for strategies that balance profitability with employee engagement. **Compliance Oversight:** Ensure adherence to Qatari labor laws, accounting standards, and internal governance policies. **What We Are Looking For** **Experience:** 8\+ years in finance and HR leadership roles, preferably in outsourcing, service, or corporate sectors. **Educational Background:** Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or related field (Master’s preferred). **Leadership Skills:** Proven ability to manage cross\-functional teams, mentor staff, and influence strategic decisions. **Technical Expertise:** Proficient in financial software, payroll systems, and HR tools. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. **Mindset:** Strategic and pragmatic. You know when to push for perfection and when to act decisively.
