The successful candidate will oversee the effective display, stocking, and promotion of Fast\-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) products across retail outlets, ensuring alignment with company goals and brand standards. **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise and guide a team of merchandisers to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets. * Plan and implement merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility and availability. * Monitor store layouts, shelf displays, and promotional setups to ensure compliance with company guidelines. * Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to execute product launches, campaigns, and seasonal promotions. * Conduct regular store visits to assess performance, identify gaps, and provide coaching to team members. * Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to enhance merchandising effectiveness. * Manage inventory levels and coordinate product replenishment to prevent stockouts or overstocking. * Prepare and present performance reports to management. **Qualifications \& Experience** * Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. * Minimum 3\-4 years of experience in FMCG merchandising, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. * Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. * Excellent understanding of retail operations, visual merchandising, and category management. * Ability to analyze sales data and develop actionable strategies. * Proficiency in MS Office and merchandising software/tools is an advantage. * Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between store locations.
