Support organization's financial operations **Job Title:** Accountant **Location:** Doha, Qatar **Company:** Safintra MW **Office:** Lusail Boulevard, Office 19 **Salary:** QAR 204,000 per year Job Summary Safintra MW is seeking a detail\-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting the organization's financial operations. Key Responsibilities * Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger accounts. * Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. * Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions. * Reconcile bank statements and company accounts. * Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities. * Prepare and submit tax, VAT, and regulatory filings as required. * Monitor cash flow and financial performance. * Support internal and external audit processes. * Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting regulations. * Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to management. * Maintain confidentiality of financial information. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. * Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience. * Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software/ERP systems. * Excellent analytical and problem\-solving skills. * Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. * Ability to meet deadlines and work independently. * Professional accounting certification (ACCA, CPA, CMA, CA, or equivalent) is an advantage. Preferred Skills * Experience in manufacturing, construction, or industrial sectors. * Knowledge of Qatar financial regulations and VAT requirements. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
