This includes maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, processing payments, monitoring budgets, and supporting payroll activities. The role also oversees the purchasing of medical and non\-medical supplies, obtains quotations, prepares purchase orders, coordinates with suppliers, monitors inventory levels, and ensures timely availability of required materials. The position ensures compliance with the medical center's financial policies, procurement procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements while supporting the efficient day\-to\-day operations of the facility.
