Our Guest Environment Experts are skilled across a wide range of housekeeping tasks and are responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the entire hotel. They are empowered to move freely within their space and do what needs to be done. Whether responding to guest requests, stocking carts, cleaning guest rooms and public areas, or performing other similar housekeeping responsibilities, the Guest Environment Expert ensures that hotel spaces help create an exceptional guest experience. Regardless of your role, certain things are essential to succeed—the creation of a safe workplace, adherence to company policies and procedures, maintenance of confidentiality, compliance with quality standards, and ensuring your uniform, personal appearance, and communications remain professional. The Guest Environment Expert role requires being on your feet and moving about (standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods) and getting hands-on in your work (moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 50 pounds (22.7 kg)) without assistance.
