Strong site management, problem-solving, and communication skills We are looking for a **competent Site Engineer** to join our team in Qatar, with strong experience in **managing finishing and fit-out project sites**, and the ability to translate drawings and design details into accurately and high-quality executed work. **Responsibilities & Duties** * Manage and supervise daily construction activities on site. * Ensure accurate implementation of approved drawings and design details. * Coordinate and follow up with approved contractors, suppliers, and all disciplines. * Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with specifications and approved drawings. * Organize work schedules and manage access of construction teams and contractors to the site. * Monitor the project schedule, set priorities, and resolve execution conflicts and issues. * Prepare daily and weekly reports indicating progress percentages, completed works, observations, constraints, and upcoming action plans. * Prepare and update **As-Built Drawings** according to actual executed works. * Follow up on internal handover activities and prepare punch lists, ensuring their closure. * Continuously coordinate with the design team and project management to ensure implementation of the approved design vision. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related engineering discipline. * **Minimum 5–7 years of practical experience in site management and finishing works, including at least two years within Qatar.** * **Applicant must currently be located in Qatar.** * Proficiency in both Arabic and English. * Demonstrable experience in interior finishing, villa, or high-end residential projects. * Good knowledge of finishing materials, work sequence, execution methods, and architectural details. * Ability to read and review construction drawings, coordination drawings, and shop drawings. * Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications; experience with reporting preparation and tracking software is preferred. * Familiarity with SketchUp and Revit is preferred. * **Strong site management, time management, problem-solving, and contractor communication skills.** * Valid Qatari driving license. **Application Requirement** Applicants must submit a **CV** and **Portfolio** showcasing previous projects where they served as **Site Engineer / Site Architect**, clearly specifying: * Project name and type. * Scope of their responsibilities on site. * Duration of their involvement in the project. * Photos from various construction phases and completed works. * Key details or execution issues they followed up on and resolved.
