Install, configure, and test new hardware and software **Job Description:** * Maintain and improve the technical systems of a company. * To ensure all employees have the technology they need to complete their work and the organization’s important files and information remain highly confidential and safe. * Offer technical support to company staff and troubleshoot any computer and technical problems. * Install, configure, and test new hardware and software including desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices. * Anticipate and report the cost of replacing or updating computer items. * Keep records of software licenses, warranties, and inventory of IT equipment. * Excellent in writing, communication and problem\-solving skills. * Ability to work under pressure independently and in a team\-oriented environment. **Requirements:** * With a bachelor's degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. * Experience in the field relevant to IT support role. * Valid ID and transferable sponsorship is a must. * English and Arabic is a plus Job Type: Permanent Pay: QAR3,000\.00 \- QAR4,000\.00 per month Education: * Bachelor's (Preferred) Work Location: In person
