Proficient in operating bakery equipment We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie (CDP) for our Bakery \& Pastry section. Requirements: 5 years of experience in Bakery \& Pastry. Must know how to operate a dough sheeter and other bakery equipment. Strong knowledge of breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts. Good knowledge of bakery production and food hygiene. Ability to work in a fast\-paced kitchen. Immediate joining / candidates available in Qatar preferred.
