





Position: Salesperson Location: Doha, Qatar About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and well\-connected Real Estate Sales to join our new startup real estate company. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in the real estate market and already possess data, client connections, and property sources to bring both inventory and sales from day one. Key Responsibilities: * Promote and sell residential and commercial properties across Qatar. * Source and list new inventory through your existing network of landlords, developers, and agents. * Utilize your client database to generate new sales and leasing deals. * Manage client relationships and provide professional after\-sales support. * Use CRM systems and digital tools to organize leads, track performance, and report results. * Collaborate with management to develop sales and marketing strategies for growth. Requirements: * Proven experience in real estate sales (preferably in the Qatar market). * Existing data and connections to bring in property listings and generate deals. * Strong knowledge of CRM systems and other real estate tools. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills. * Self\-motivated, organized, and target\-driven. * Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus). * Valid Qatar driving license. Compensation: * Basic salary (startup level) \+ commission on sales. * Strong potential for growth as the company expands.
