**Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled and detail\-oriented **MEP Engineer** to oversee Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems within interior fit\-out projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge and experience in high\-end commercial, retail, hospitality, or residential interior fit\-outs. You will ensure MEP works are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality and safety standards. **Key Responsibilities:** * Review project drawings, specifications, and MEP shop drawings to ensure compliance with design and fit\-out requirements. * Coordinate MEP systems installation (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, etc.) with interior fit\-out works. * Conduct site inspections and monitor subcontractor performance to ensure compliance with contract and quality standards. * Manage coordination meetings between architects, interior designers, MEP contractors, and other stakeholders. * Supervise MEP subcontractors and ensure timely execution of MEP activities in line with project schedule. * Evaluate and approve technical submittals, material samples, and method statements. * Liaise with local authorities and utility providers for approvals and inspections. * Ensure MEP works adhere to health and safety regulations and project specifications. * Prepare weekly reports on progress, issues, and corrective actions related to MEP scope. * Provide technical support and guidance to the fit\-out execution team. **Qualifications \& Requirements:** * Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related discipline). * Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP roles, with at least 2 years in interior fit\-out projects. * Strong understanding of MEP codes, regulations, and standards * Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit (preferred), and MS Office. * Excellent communication and coordination skills. * Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical documents. * Strong problem\-solving and organizational abilities. **Preferred Skills:** * Knowledge of Green Building/Sustainability practices. * PMP or equivalent project management certification (optional but advantageous). * Experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or corporate fit\-out projects.
