Lead UAT and testing efforts, ensuring operational readiness **Core Banking Transformation \- Operations SME** **Role Description** Seeking an experienced Core Banking Transformation – Operations SME to support large\-scale Temenos T24 transformation programs across Retail and Corporate back\-office operations. In this role, you will bridge business operations and technology, defining target operating models, driving requirements, managing data migration, and ensuring seamless operational readiness. **Key Responsibilities** Business Analysis \& Requirements: Drive requirements gathering, produce BRDs/FSDs, control project scope, and liaise with vendors. Target Operating Model (TOM): Map processes, define business rules, and establish target operating models across retail and corporate banking operations. Data Migration \& Reconciliation: Support data cleansing, mapping, migration execution, and balance reconciliation activities. Testing \& Defect Management: Lead UAT and testing efforts, including requirement validation and defect triage. Change Management \& Readiness: Author SOPs and user manuals, conduct training, and ensure full operational readiness for go\-live. **Qualifications \& Experience** 11\+ years of client\-facing BA/SME experience in Temenos Core Banking transformation programs. Deep Middle East Retail \& Corporate Islamic Banking experience covering deposits, accounts, financing, and payments. Certified Temenos Consultant with 5\+ years focused on Islamic Arrangement Architecture (AA) and Temenos Payments Hub (TPH) implementations. Pay: QAR35,000\.00 \- QAR40,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
