Ensure proper installation of various wooden finishes Finishing Carpenter Supervisor — Job Description Position: Finishing Carpenter Supervisor Department: Construction / Fit\-Out Location: Qatar Job Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate finishing carpentry works at the site. Manage carpenters and helpers and distribute daily tasks. Ensure proper installation of doors, frames, cabinets, wardrobes, wall panels, skirting, ceilings, and other wooden finishes. Read and understand drawings, dimensions, and finishing details. Check workmanship, alignment, levels, measurements, and overall quality. Coordinate with site engineers, foremen, MEP teams, and other trades. Monitor materials, tools, and manpower requirements. Ensure work is completed according to project schedule. Identify and rectify finishing defects and ensure proper snagging. Maintain site safety and ensure workers follow HSE requirements. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in finishing carpentry. Previous experience as a Carpenter Supervisor / Finishing Carpenter Supervisor. Strong knowledge of interior finishing and joinery works. Ability to read drawings and follow specifications.
