Summary: Seeking a proactive Sales Executive to develop client relationships, identify business opportunities, and manage manpower supply contracts within the Oil & Gas, Construction, MEP, and Facility Management sectors. URGENT HIRING – SALES EXECUTIVE **Sahm Al Watan Trading, Contracting \& Services** **Position:** Sales Executive – Manpower Supply **Location:** Qatar **Industry:** Oil \& Gas \| Construction \| MEP \| Facility Management **Job Responsibilities:** * Develop and maintain relationships with construction, Oil \& Gas, MEP, maintenance, and contracting companies. * Identify new clients and generate business opportunities for manpower supply. * Visit companies, project sites, contractors, and procurement departments to introduce our manpower services. * Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and manpower supply offers. * Follow up with clients, negotiate rates, and close manpower supply contracts. * Understand client manpower requirements and coordinate with the recruitment/operations team. * Maintain a strong database of potential clients and ongoing projects. * Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets. * Monitor market trends and identify upcoming projects requiring manpower. **Requirements:** * Minimum **4\_5 years of sales experience**, preferably in **manpower supply, Oil \& Gas, construction, or contracting**. * Strong existing network with **contractors, subcontractors, EPC companies, Oil \& Gas companies, and construction companies in Qatar** is highly preferred. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills. * Ability to generate leads independently and convert them into business. * Qatar market knowledge is an advantage. * Valid Qatar driving license is preferred. * **Candidates currently available in Qatar are preferred.** **Salary:** Attractive salary \+ commission/incentive based on experience and performance. **Only serious candidates with proven sales experience in Qatar should apply.** Work Location: In person
