We are looking for an experienced **Technology Consulting Director** to lead enterprise consulting engagements, advise executive clients on digital transformation initiatives, and oversee multidisciplinary consulting teams across complex technology programs. Key Responsibilities **Consulting Strategy:** Develop and execute technology consulting strategies that align client business objectives with scalable, innovative, and sustainable technology solutions. **Client Advisory:** Serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders by providing strategic guidance on digital transformation, enterprise modernization, technology investments, and operational improvement. **Engagement Leadership:** Oversee multiple consulting engagements, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and client satisfaction standards. **Business Development:** Identify new consulting opportunities, develop strategic proposals, support executive presentations, and expand long\-term client relationships across regional markets. **Practice Development:** Establish consulting methodologies, governance frameworks, delivery standards, and knowledge\-sharing initiatives that strengthen organizational capabilities. **Cross Functional Collaboration:** Partner with solution architects, engineering leaders, cybersecurity specialists, project managers, and commercial teams to deliver integrated client solutions. **Leadership Development:** Recruit, mentor, and develop consulting managers and senior consultants while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. What We Are Looking For **Experience:** Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in technology consulting, enterprise advisory, or digital transformation, including at least 5 years leading consulting teams and enterprise client engagements. **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline. An MBA or Master's degree is highly preferred. **Consulting Expertise:** Demonstrated success in enterprise consulting, digital transformation, business process improvement, enterprise architecture, cloud strategy, technology governance, organizational change management, and executive advisory services. **Technical Skills:** Strong understanding of enterprise platforms, cloud technologies, business intelligence, cybersecurity principles, project management methodologies, ERP systems, and consulting frameworks. Experience with Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics is highly desirable. **Leadership Skills:** Proven ability to lead large consulting organizations, influence executive stakeholders, manage strategic client relationships, develop high\-performing consulting teams, and consistently deliver measurable business outcomes. **Communication:** Excellent English communication, presentation, negotiation, and executive stakeholder management skills are required. Experience presenting strategic recommendations to C\-level executives is essential.
