We are looking for a **Senior Project Manager (Consulting / Operations)** who can take full ownership of end\-to\-end project delivery. Your decisions will shape delivery outcomes and client satisfaction. **Regional Exposure:** You will work across GCC markets, managing diverse stakeholders and multi\-country projects in consulting, operations, and business transformation. **Growth Path:** This role is designed to evolve into senior program leadership or director\-level responsibilities based on performance. **Key Responsibilities:** **Project Leadership:** Lead end\-to\-end delivery of consulting and operations projects, ensuring alignment with client goals, timelines, and budgets. **Execution Management:** Develop detailed project plans, track milestones, manage dependencies, and ensure smooth execution across all phases. **Stakeholder Coordination:** Act as the main point of contact between clients, internal teams, and external partners, ensuring clear communication and alignment. **Operational Excellence:** Identify inefficiencies in processes and implement improvements to enhance delivery quality and performance. **Risk \& Issue Management:** Proactively identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery outcomes. **Reporting \& Communication:** Prepare executive\-level reports, progress updates, and performance dashboards for leadership and clients. **What We Are Looking For:** **Experience:** 5–10\+ years of experience in project management, consulting, operations, or program delivery roles. **Track Record:** Proven experience delivering complex, multi\-stakeholder projects in fast\-paced environments. **Skills:** Strong ability in planning, execution, stakeholder management, and operational problem\-solving. **Communication:** Excellent ability to communicate clearly with senior stakeholders and cross\-functional teams. **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Management, or related field. PMP or similar certification is a plus. **Mindset:** You are structured, execution\-focused, and comfortable taking ownership of outcomes.
