Summary: We are seeking an experienced Kitchen Equipment Technical Supervisor to oversee maintenance, repair, and smooth operation of commercial kitchen equipment, supervise technical activities, and minimize downtime. Diagnose & troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, and gas issues **Job Summary:** We are looking for an experienced **Kitchen Equipment Technical Supervisor** to oversee the maintenance, repair, and smooth operation of all commercial kitchen equipment. The candidate will supervise technical activities, ensure preventive maintenance, and minimize equipment downtime to support daily operations. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise maintenance and repair of kitchen equipment such as ovens, fryers, grills, chillers, freezers, dishwashers, mixers, and ventilation systems. * Ensure all kitchen equipment is functioning safely and efficiently. * Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules. * Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, and gas\-related issues. * Coordinate with kitchen operations team to schedule repairs without disrupting production. * Supervise technicians and external contractors. * Maintain service records, maintenance logs, and spare parts inventory. * Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and company standards. * Respond quickly to urgent breakdowns and emergencies. * Recommend equipment upgrades and cost\-saving solutions. **Requirements:** * Diploma or technical certification in Electrical, Mechanical, Refrigeration, or related field. * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in commercial kitchen equipment maintenance. * Strong knowledge of electrical, refrigeration, gas, and mechanical systems. * Leadership and supervisory experience preferred. * Good troubleshooting and problem\-solving skills. * Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities. * Good communication skills in English. **Preferred Skills:** * Preventive maintenance planning * Team supervision * Technical reporting * Time management * Safety compliance Application Question(s): * Are you able to join immediately * Current and Expected Salary * How many years of experience in F\&B Sector Work Location: In person
