Manage Italian dining concepts with attention to authenticity A 5\-star luxury hotel is seeking an experienced **Multi\-Outlet Manager** to oversee the daily operations of multiple food and beverage outlets, with a strong focus on luxury service standards and Italian dining concepts. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in luxury hotels and solid exposure to Italian restaurant operations, including refined service, authentic guest experience, and high\-quality outlet management. **Responsibilities** * Oversee the daily operations of multiple F\&B outlets, ensuring smooth service delivery, operational efficiency, and consistent guest satisfaction * Lead, train, motivate, and manage outlet teams to deliver luxury hospitality standards across all assigned venues * Ensure each outlet maintains its concept identity, service sequence, ambience, presentation, and brand standards * Manage Italian dining concepts with strong attention to menu knowledge, service style, guest interaction, and authentic restaurant experience * Coordinate closely with the Executive Chef, Italian Chef, Beverage Manager, Events team, Stewarding, and other hotel departments * Monitor guest feedback, handle complaints professionally, and implement service recovery when required * Ensure proper staff scheduling, duty allocation, grooming standards, attendance, and performance management * Conduct daily briefings, training sessions, and service quality checks to maintain consistency across outlets * Monitor revenue performance, upselling initiatives, cost control, inventory, breakage, wastage, and operational expenses * Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, health, safety, and hotel operating standards * Review menus, promotions, guest preferences, and market trends to support business growth * Support budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and outlet performance analysis * Drive team engagement, productivity, and continuous service improvement across all outlets * Represent the hotel professionally when interacting with VIP guests, regular guests, and business partners **Requirements** * Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Food \& Beverage operations, with at least 2–3 years in a multi\-outlet management role * Must have prior experience in luxury hotels * Must have experience with Italian restaurant concepts or Italian fine dining operations * Strong knowledge of luxury F\&B service standards, restaurant operations, beverage service, and guest experience management * Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills * Strong business acumen with experience in revenue generation, cost control, budgeting, and operational reporting * Guest\-focused, detail\-oriented, and able to handle high\-pressure operations professionally * Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic or Italian are an advantage * Presentable, confident, and service\-driven personality * Flexible to work according to business needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays * Familiarity with POS systems, inventory systems, and hotel operating platforms is preferred **What's Offered** * Competitive monthly salary based on experience * Employment visa and work permit sponsorship * Accommodation * Transportation * Duty meals * Paid holidays * Standard benefits as per local labor law, including annual leave, end\-of\-service benefits, and medical insurance
