Housekeeping specialists assist by handling guest requests, organizing carts, cleaning guest rooms and public areas, or performing other similar duties, all contributing to creating outstanding guest experiences within the hotel. Regardless of the specific role you take on, several factors are essential for success: creating a safe working environment, adhering to company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality, meeting quality standards, and upholding professionalism in uniform, appearance, and communication. Housekeeping specialists are required to remain active throughout their shift, standing, walking, or sitting for extended periods, and must be able to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 23kg without assistance.
