Our Guest Arrival Experts take the initiative to provide a wide range of services that guide guests through their arrival and departure experiences. They have the freedom to move around their space and do what needs to be done. Whether processing operational tasks, fulfilling guest requests, completing reports, or sharing highlights of the local area, the Guest Arrival Expert ensures transactions feel like part of the experience. Regardless of the specific role, certain elements are critical to success: creating a safe work environment, following company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality, protecting company assets, upholding quality standards, and ensuring personal appearance, uniform, and communications remain professional. Guest Arrival Experts will be on their feet and moving (standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods) and performing manual tasks (moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects up to 23 kg unassisted and over 34 kg with assistance).
