Position: MEP Technician Responsibilities: * **Installation and Maintenance**: Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment and systems. * **System Inspection**: Inspect installations and observe operations to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards. * **Preventative Maintenance**: Perform routine preventative maintenance checks on all MEP systems to ensure optimal performance. * **Troubleshooting**: Diagnose and repair malfunctioning systems, ensuring minimal downtime and efficient operation. * **Technical Reporting**: Prepare and present technical reports detailing the status of all MEP systems and recommend upgrades or modifications to improve performance and reduce energy costs. * **Collaboration**: Work closely with engineers, maintenance staff, and other stakeholders to optimize work processes and ensure seamless operations.
