**Position Overview:** * **As a Team Leader at RITS, you will be responsible for supervising and guiding a team of sales and service professionals, ensuring performance targets are met, and maintaining strong client relationships. This role involves outdoor fieldwork (B2B) and requires a proactive, organized, and results\-oriented individual** **Key Responsibilities** * Lead, motivate, and support a team to achieve sales and performance goals. * Conduct field visits with team members to meet business clients (B2B). * Monitor team performance and provide training or coaching as needed. * Prepare regular reports and updates for management. * Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction. * Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations. * Requirements: * Proven experience in a supervisory or team leader role (preferably in sales or field operations). * Must hold a valid Qatari driving license and own a car. * Must be able to provide a valid NOC (No Objection Certificate). * Excellent communication and leadership skills. * Strong organizational and problem\-solving abilities. * Proficiency in English (Arabic is an advantage). * Self\-motivated, ambitious, and able to work under pressure. **What We Offer:** Competitive salary and performance\-based incentives.
