Do what you love; care for the world; dare to challenge the status quo! \#BELIMITLESS Job Description **Key Responsibilities:** * Oversee daily operations of spa, fitness, and recreation areas to ensure excellence in guest service and facility upkeep. * Assist in developing and implementing wellness programs, treatment menus, and recreational activities. * Support budgeting, financial performance, and revenue management strategies. * Supervise, train, and motivate staff to maintain high service and professional standards. * Monitor health, safety, and hygiene compliance across all facilities. * Manage inventory, scheduling, and operational reporting. * Address guest feedback promptly and ensure satisfaction. * Collaborate with other departments to create integrated wellness and leisure experiences. Qualifications **Qualifications \& Requirements:** * 3–5 years of leadership experience in spa, fitness, or recreation management within a luxury hotel or resort. * Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. * Proven ability to drive revenue and deliver exceptional guest experiences. * Knowledge of spa and fitness operations, products, and safety standards.
